Introduction. Evaluation of antibiotic sensitivity biofilms formed by Vibrio cholerae can help in the search for effective drugs to combat cholera.
 The aim work is evaluate effectiveness antibacterial against V. cells being a part polymicrobial biofilm on various substrates.
 Materials and methods. Mono- were simulated vitro chitin plastic flasks containing tap autoclaved water contaminated with suspension 104 microbial three strains O1 El Tor separately or combination Escherichia coli QD 5003.
 Results. When mono- bacterial communities studied plastic, E. less susceptible action drugs.
 Conclusion. increased resistance biotic abiotic surfaces highlights danger their spread preservation environment, creates additional problems regarding use antibiotics requires development alternative strategies reduce resistance.
